Michael Bailen, senior HR Manager for Zappos, in a post on recruitment blog ere.net, describes the job ad process as “fundamentally broken” and in need of a complete overhaul. Aspiring employees will be encouraged to create a video cover letter and connect with the Zappos team on external social networks, such as Twitter and on Google Hangouts.
